And They’re OFF!

Posted: July 13, 2015 in politics

The Presidential horse race is well under way.  The Republican field is very crowded, with Donald Trump a very dark horse having more appeal than the powers that be anticipated.

The Democratic field is well, boring.  Will this primary campaign be a perfunctory race ending in a pre-coronation for Hillary Clinton?  Can Sanders really muster any support outside the liberal northeast to challenger her?  Who else is running?  zzzzzzzz.

It’s anyone’s guess at this time.

It will be interesting to watch.  As in every recent Presidential bid, this one is thought to be pivotal to determine the country’s direction for potentially generations.  The stakes are high.  Sadly, on both sides the field is honestly, not that inspiring.
